"Let me say this about Ortam, they will bend over backwards to make you happy. My bathroom was completely gutted and remodeled. It is beautiful and A+ quality. I had a specific budget that I could not go over and Charles worked with me and I now have a gorgeous bathroom. In fact, I could not afford certain border tile and I decided to go with the cheaper border tile. Charles paid out of his own pocket so I can have the expensive border tile just so the batroom would look nicer. All of his workers were on time and the job was completed before anticipated.
